Our guest card combines the mobility and museum offers of the 7-day "museumobil Card" and offers you a range of additional offers 365 days a year.

Mobility: With the Klausen Card you can use all public transport in the South Tyrolean transport network: The regional trains in South Tyrol (Brennero - Trento, Malles - San Candido), the local buses (city, intercity and city buses), and the cable cars to Renon.

What you should know about our small mountain hotel in South Tyrol

  • The prices in our small mountain hotel in South Tyrol are per person and day in a double room with breakfast or half board.
  • Guest card Alps & Wine included.
  • Children are only welcome at the Boutique Hotel Erlacher from the age of 8 - we ask for your understanding and consideration towards guests who are looking for relaxation and peace and quiet to do something good for themselves and relax.
  • Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
  • Vegans, vegetarians, allergy sufferers & food intolerances: Unfortunately we do not specialise in these, we ask for your understanding that our cuisine is too varied for this and we cannot cater for special requests.
  • Double room for single use, surcharge of € 25 per day.
  • Length of stay from 4 nights, if there is a gap in the booking plan, we are also happy to book single nights with a short stay supplement of €8 per person/night.
  • All rooms in our small mountain hotel in South Tyrol are non-smoking rooms.
  • WLAN is included throughout the hotel and on our terrace.
  • The room can be occupied from 3 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated from 10 am on the day of departure.
  • Room reservations should be made in writing by e-mail or post.
  • A third person in the room 10 %.
  • Dinner is served at 6.30 pm for everyone. Should you arrive later, please contact us again the day before.
  • Please understand that no fixed room numbers or tables can be allocated.

  • The South Tyrolean provincial government has decided to introduce a local tourist tax in all municipalities in South Tyrol from 1 January 2014. The prices quoted are therefore subject to a local tourist tax of €2.40 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, which is paid on site.
